With a complicated property to sell, and a recent bereavement, Kathryn was both very professional and understanding.
Communication throughout the selling process was excellent, as was her knowledge and enthusiasm for the property market.
I cannot thank her enough for her  support, and of course seeing my sale through to completion.

Kathryn Barr has done a fantastic job of selling our house in a super-fast timescale as we requested. She priced the property at a sensible value, arranged a teaser video, photos and EPC certificate very quickly. She managed all the house viewings for us and was wonderful at keeping pressure on our solicitors, our buyers and their solicitors to keep the process moving along as quickly as possible. We bought a house through Kathryn and could not have been happier with how she helped us. She always provided weekly updates and chased solicitors on our behalf (as well as copying us into emails which doesn’t seem common with others) and made sure the process was as simple as it could have been.

I first met Kathryn when viewing a property with my husband and, whilst we didn't end up purchasing that particular property, we were very impressed with her knowledge, enthusiasm and warm personality. So much so that a few months later, after an unexpected bereavement, my sisters and I invited her to sell Mum's house.
Kathryn was well prepared and knowledgable about the local market, taking into account the individual nature of both property and area - not always easy with village properties. Her marketing materials and photos were great.
Kathryn generated an excellent offer in record time, which we accepted, and was proactive about keeping the sale on track when the inevitable minor issues surfaced.
Kathryn provides a quick, efficient, pleasant and professional service.
